Now, with the arbitrary stroke of his dictatorial pen, Lying Øliar's forcing those businesses to waste what precious little time and money he's left them in his alleged "economic recovery" on filling out and mailing in complicated Øliar"Care" ØliarTax forms instead of expanding and hiring.

The Obama administration Lying Øliar fascistration announced Wednesday a one-year delay [i.e., until after Election Day 2014] in allowing small business owners to use the federal government's dictatorship's flawed online insurance marketplace to buy health coverage for their employees and themselves under the Affordable Care[, My A**,] Act.

Officials Dictators said employers with fewer than 50 full-time employees still will be able to use the Small Business Health Options Program to compare plans, buy coverage and receive tax credits for 2014. However, they'll have to do it by completing paper applications or through insurance agents or brokers, which they have had to do since Oct. 1....

It's the second time the online small business marketplace has been delayed since the failed Oct. 1 launch of the HealthCare.gov HealthCare got glitch website. Last month, federal officials tyrants told lawmakers during congressional hearings that small business owners would be able to enroll in coverage using the website by the end of November [i.e., another Big Lie]....

"You need a broker who is skilled and educated enough to file the forms and applications [by hand now, thanks to Lying Øliar's tyrannical dictates]," [Bashaw & Atherton managing director Don] Atherton said. "It's complex."

U.S. House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, criticized the administration fascistration and its marketplace assurances.

"It's another broken promise and more proof this administration's fascistration's assurances have no credibility," he told the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday. "This law has been an absolute disaster [or 'disasterisk'], leaving us to ask, 'What's next?'"

Seriously, don't you remember when Lying Øliar told us, "Our government shouldn't make promises we cannot keep, but we must keep the promises we've already made"?

Or how about, "The American people deserve a tax code that helps small businesses spend less time filling out complicated forms and more time expanding and hiring"?

Just like "'if you like your plan you can keep it'... is only a half truth a Big Lie repeated over and over and over again [FIFY –J.Goebbels]... and should be, 'If you have a non-grandfathered plan that meets the requirements of the AC[MA]A, you can keep it. Also if you have a grandfathered health plan that doesn't meet the requirements of the AC[MA]A you can keep it as long as the benefits remain relativity unchanged. However, most grandfathered plans will change and will require people on those plans to move to a new plan that does meet the requirements of the AC[MA]A.'"

Take the word "wrong," for example. It's just that "circumstances have changed."

Now we have this word "cancellation" that's proving once again how extremely wrong liberals and their mindlessly unrealistic or make-believe worldview are. No one's having their cancelled health insurance policies "renewed" by anything except the most unfair and unjust burdens that could ever be forced on supposedly free people at the point of a government thug's gun.

When Øtyrant and other extremist Demofascists^(birm) say their oppressive law dictatorial decrees are forcing us to buy "better plans," they actually mean "the worst plans anybody can possibly imagine."

Why else would such proven liars and screw-ups be scrambling so desperately now to unlawfully delay their plans' full harmful impacts on us until after next year's federal elections? Do they really "think" feel yes we can be as utterly incapable of learning from past mistakes as they are? If we can't remember between now and then all the harm we're suffering because of those lying liars and the lies they tell us, we'll be condemned to repeat it and much worse.

he last thing liberals want to promote is protection of individual rights. Their mania for controlling everybody can never tolerate the existence of any free country. It and its citizens who like it must be destroyed at all costs, and any and all means to that end are totally acceptable, they "think" feel. The lawsuit describes the experiment [at the Envirowacko Protection Agency] as involving 41 human subjects, that were elderly patients with a variety of medical issues including asthma and heart problem, being paid $12 per hour to participate in the experiment two hours at a time. During those hours, they were breathing through a plastic tube, a mixture of air and diesel exhaust, the latter of which was piped in directly from the tail-pipe of a running truck parked just outside the building. The lawsuit says the subjects were inhaling directly into their lungs particulate matters from the exhaust called "PM2.5" at a rate 21 times greater than what the EPA [says] is safe for human breathing. It reported in one instance, an elderly woman had to be taken out of the experiment and hospitalized over night to recover from exposure to the poison exhaust.

In an article on the American Thinker, Mark Musser describes the experience this way, "It has been recently revealed that the EPA has far surpassed the dark humor of blowing up kids and people on film that global warming scare-mongers promoted a few years back. In real life, the EPA has been conducting human experiments on people by piping diesel fumes from a running truck mixed with air into their lungs at a North Carolina university. The agency has ginned up yet another green crusade — the lethal dangers of diesel fumes. They even had a gas chamber set up to accommodate the environmental research project that shockingly recalls the death camps in Poland."

This was clearly an unethical and likely illegal and certainly hideous experiment using human subjects, on which Musser further writes, "Not surprisingly, the EPA is now in the process of being sued for conducting dangerous experiments on human guinea pigs. The courts will decide whether or not serious laws and practices were violated, including the international Nuremberg Code that was set up after sixteen Nazi doctors were executed for medical terrorism. After the barbaric fallout of Nazi Germany, where many people were treated like experimental animals, the Nuremberg Code was designed to be an international governing set of principles to regulate the practice of human experimentation. The whiff of the Jewish holocaust is therefore unmistakable."...

Next time a liberal tells you "if   insert tyrannically intrusive extremist plan here   could save even one person's life, we [i.e., bigger government] ought to do it," punch him in his hypocritical fascist face. It'll make the Baby Jesus smile.

This experiment was carried out by the EPA under Lisa Jackson, appointed by Barack Obama [Doktor Obamengele], who had testified before congress that she believes the particulate matter in diesel fuel is killing people who inhale it from the air. If she believes that, why was she having this poison piped directly into the lungs of human subjects in massive dosages, 21 times the strength her own agency says is safe for humans to breath in?

He and his Demøfascist comrades in Congress made sure their Settled Law Of Teh Land™ forces every health insurance company to cancel — forever — every plan that doesn't meet their arbitrary double standards. Yes, they not only can and will keep their Cadillac Rolls-Royce Lamborghini plan, but can and will make us taxpayers pay them huge amounts to keep it. But we aren't so lucky. No, we can't even tell our insurers his long, rusty knife in our backs is a pre-existing condition they have to cover.

Everybody with a functioning brain knows it's impossible for anybody to resurrect all those cancelled plans without putting all the insurance companies that offered them out of business more quickly than it took lying Øliar's green-"jobs" companies to go bankrupt. Then who would be left to offer these plans? especially since they're in fact still illegal per this fascistration's other dictates? Don't ask lying Øliar or the other mindless fascist liberal anti-America tyrants^(birm) who keep ramming their unmitigated disasters down everybody else's throat. Their totally dead "brains" are indeed a pre-existing condition.

Secondly, lying Øliar told the Biggest. Lie. Ever. that any president, real or Øfraudulent, could tell the American people. While he and his Demøfascist comrades in Congress exclusively exempt themselves from every egregious hardship they keep forcing the rest of us to suffer, they made sure when the dust finally settles on their Settled Law Of Teh Land™ practically everybody who has an individual or employment-based plan — 156 million total — isn't going to be able to keep his plan no matter how much he likes it. Period. Lying Øliar's big fat whopping lie that it's "only five percent" is just his way of slowly and tortuously turning his long, rusty knife after he's plunged it deep in all our backs.

If our country had leaders in media and Congress who cared one whit about us and the fact we've been told such a massive, unprecedented lie over and over again willfully and knowingly by a sitting president and everybody else in his fascistration, he wouldn't be a sitting president anymore. He'd have been summarily impeached and convicted. Period. But they put their political party and personal power ahead of regular people and professional principles. That's irresponsible. Think our health care can't get any more unaffordable and unavailable following the considerable damage lying Øliar"Care" keeps rolling out upon it and us now? Wait until you're forced to play Beg Barry's Bean-Countin' Bureaucrats^® for just a mere bandage, let alone bypass surgery. Not only will he tax you out the wazoo to pay for all his "free" "health" "care," but you'll be extremely lucky if you ever get on a pre-waiting list for just the chance of someday getting on a waiting list to receive any of it. Last week Kaiser Health News reported that "the administration will propose exempting 'certain self-insured, self-administered plans' from the law's temporary reinsurance fee in 2015 and 2016" — which means unions....

The only way a law can be amended is for it to go back to the legislative branch to be voted upon by the people. But this "Act" has been amended some 19 times after signature. There are something like 2000 waivers, delays, and exemptions, to include our members of Congress, their staffs, and the Obama administration.

Never mind the fact this law was shoved through Congress with non-standard practices of "deeming" and "reconciliation" and did not receive one single Republican vote.

Please stop referring to the Affordable Care [My A$$] Act as the "law of the land" and stop calling it a law — and for that matter, stop calling it "affordable." It's nothing more than a tax law, 21 new taxes to be precise, based on cronyism and providing favors in the way of waivers, exemptions, and delays for the FOOs (Friends of Obama).

Laws should apply to everyone. Obamacare does not and is in complete violation of our Constitution. It aims to decimate our private health insurance market and push America closer to the progressive socialist dream of a single payer system.
