I think it's important for us to understand that the Fast and Furious program was a field-initiated program begun under the previous administration.

That entirely different program ended two years before you became Liar-in-Chief. It even had a different name. It was far smaller. But most importantly, it had infinitely more accountable procedures in place and no one died as a result.

Your murderous program, on the other hand, which you built and made happen by your lonesome, was and still is totally unaccountable, and hundreds of Mexican civilians and at least one U.S. Border Agent have died because of what you yourself did.

Should the families of those gunned-down Mexican civilians and our Border Agent be thanking you too for getting their loved ones killed? Should you be "amused" by them also?

If President Bush had done anything close to what you did, you'd have been the first one to shoot his mouth off about it every chance he could, demanding the president's immediate resignation — if not arrest, trial, and conviction — for clearly being such a top accomplice to so many innocent people's murders.

But, no. You have to lie and shift blame and try to cover up your homicidal deed. That's not responsible leadership. That's the mark of a contemptible failure. A heinous crook whose only regret is that he got caught.

Yes, that's really the only thing we can expect of you now, isn't it?

What's actually important for us to understand is that, no, you just can't bring yourself to take responsible for anything you did build and made happen.
