I'm sure you all remember this one.eorge W. Bush was on the David Letterman Show, and David asked him about changing the White House's bowling alley into a baseball batting cage:
MR. LETTERMAN: Now, are they going to put a batting cage — I imagine the bowling alley has been just burned and closed down.
MR. BUSH: No, no. I have been practicing all — (laughter.)
MR. LETTERMAN: Really? Really?
MR. BUSH: I bowled a 129. (Laughter and applause.)
MR. LETTERMAN: No, that's very good. Yes. That's very good, Mr. President.
MR. BUSH: It's like — it was like Special Olympics, or something. (Laughter.)
"Was like Special Olympics."
George W. Bush making fun of the mentally- and physically-challenged.
A "joke" at the expense of these vulnerable, unfortunate, and needy persons.
Can anyone be more heartless and mean-spirited?
I didn't think so, either.
What?
Oh. My mistake.
I mis-unremembered.
It was the Tonight Show starring Jay Leno.
And Mr. Leno's crude "special" guest who made this cruelly insensitive hate-filled "joke" was His Booral Hopeyness the Cold-Hearted-Bastard in Chief B. Hugetotalitarian Øfascist.
