You don't have to do anything to enjoy a tax cut. You have to pore over paperwork, read decipher bureaucratic instructions, and fill out one or more government forms to "enjoy" a tax rebate or tax credit.

Now I'm going to cover and examine this with the same level of in depth, hard hitting, and factually penetrating reportage as the NYSlimes ever would muster for it (even if its "reporters" gossip columnist trolls weren't so preoccupied with trying to dig out dirt from the minor-age classmates of Michele Obama's Cindy McCain's minor-age daughter they've been seeking to interview stalking to exploit on the Internet):
