outh Korea and Japan now have every right to possess defensive nuclear weapons to deter North Korea. South Korea and Japan are both allies of the United States. The United States has a far greater and much more urgent obligation to help her allies fully defend themselves against North Korea's clear and present nuclear threats to them, than to honor any meaningless and useless non-proliferation treaty.
